This is a picture I took of my dog Marle back during either Photo 1 or 2. Unfortunately she was hit by a car last year on New Year's Eve. This is one of the better pictures I took of her for class. She would usually follow me around when I went outside to shoot pictures, so almost 1/3 of each roll I shot was of her. My teacher commented on it once, but never actually took points off for that fact. Unfortunately this is a copy of the actual print so that messed with it's contrast a little bit, but it still looks good I think.

I used GIMP to clean up the picture after scanning it in. Until now I've always used Photoshop instead. I must say though that I enjoyed using it and probably will continue to in the future.
